For over twenty-five years, Tom Dee have built a solid reputation as an investor, adviser, executive, and manager.
After spending 15 years in aerospace, defense, and technology manufacturing for companies like Lockheed Martin, GE Aerospace, United Space Alliance, and Harris Corporation, Thomas started Ad Value Productions, Inc., a marketing services company. While heading Ad Value Productions, Inc., Thomas and his staff developed client specific software applications and technology solutions. In a few short years, Ad Value Productions, Inc. evolved into thriving company with 8 full time employees. The client list included Comcast, Wachovia, Bisk Education, and Hyatt Hotels. After selling the company, Thomas focused his attention on real estate investment, start-up, and small-cap acquisitions.
As an adviser and investor, Thomas successfully created marketing and business development
strategies for small business and early stage companies with the following
results: $400,000 in new revenue over 18
months for a residential builder; millions of cost avoidance using facts based
market rules for a real estate investor group; improved business development
strategy for medical records automation
start-up; and the successful introduction of new hurricane protection products
directed at Do-It-Yourself market place that meet Florida Building Codes.
